Service Description
Reminder: This service does not include a zoom consultation. Selecting a time slot secures a booking for this service on the date chosen but does not require you to be present during the allocated timeslot. I understand it's not always easy to book an in-person appointment when you need it, especially when busy schedules and making childcare arrangements are an obstacle, or perhaps you don't live local to the studio. This is the session for you, if you are feeling unsure of your direction moving forward. Ask some questions or simply be open to see what the cards present. All without needing to attend any form of appointment. I will tune into your energy remotely and work with multiple decks of cards to answer your questions and gather intuitive messages and guidance available to you. This service is offered via distance. You will be emailed your reading within 48hours of your booked time, unless notified otherwise. This service can be beneficial if: * You're seeking clarity about your current situation, * You are feeling unsure about something and seek guidance, * You are feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed and want an understanding of the underlying issues, * You're feeling disconnected from yourself and wondering why, * You're feeling stuck, lost or finding it hard to tune into your intuition. Note: The duration of this reading is not limited to 30 minutes. I will allow as much time as needed to complete your reading based on the guidance and messages that come in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Manage your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment time either online or by contacting me on 0413 954 653. You are not asked to make a deposit or full payment upon making a booking at Mama & Bump - here it is important to offer you flexibility and understanding that sometimes things don’t go to plan and changes to bookings need to be made. Please understand that it is difficult to fill cancellations at the last minute and therefore please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of a reschedule or cancellation. Cancellations will not be taken via social media messaging platforms as they are not checked frequently. Cancellation Policy Out of respect for others who are wanting to get on the schedule and giving me time to contact them, I ask for 24hrs if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule within the 24hr window, you will be invoiced a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service fee. Any cancellation within 4hrs of your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the total service fee. Your paid cancellation fee will be honoured as a credit to your rescheduled booking if booked within 8 weeks of your cancelled appointment. Should you wish to shorten your massage treatment from your original booking, please advise of this before arriving for your appointment. Pregnancy Clients - There is no cancellation fee for early delivery/earlier than expected delivery of your baby Booking Policy Upon booking an appointment time online, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail should this email not be received in your inbox shortly after your booking is placed. If this email is not received, please send an email to info@mamaandbump.com.au to confirm that your booking has been received. You will receive a reminder text message before your upcoming appointment asking you to confirm your attendance.
