Service Description

This 90-minute treatment is dedicated to soothing the symptoms of stress triggered by grief to improve your enegetic state and ease any physical discomfort you may be carrying. It combines a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute energy healing component using Reiki. The benefit of this combination is to increase the body's opportunity to unwind. This treatment is ideal if you are struggling with an increased emotional/mental load and find it hard to unwind. While this treatment can incorporate remedial techniques where needed, it is primarily intuitive in nature. I will follow the energetic blocks that your body presents to restore optimal energetic flow. I will bring awareness to you about where your body is dedicating it's energy and potentially holding you back from feeling and being your best. Much consideration is given to your needs on the day understanding that it’s difficult to leave the comfort and safety of your home when grieving and to meet the energy levels of being social. *Nurture Her treatments are exclusively offered on a Thursday. Therefore no other service can be booked on this day. Please allow a total of 105 minutes which includes a 15-min consultation. *Private health rebates only apply to the massage component of this service Suitable for: • Loss of a pregnancy or baby. • Traumatic Experience, physical or emotional. • Passing of a loved one. • Caregivers in need of support during a time of supporting others. • Those experiencing renewed grief of anniversaries or other significant dates. Benefits of this treatment: • The healing benefits of Reiki are combined with massage in one treatment. • Gain a greater understanding of what your body is energetically focused on or holding onto. • A safe and nurturing space with no intention of ‘fixing’ your grief. You can just ‘be’ yet, not be alone. • A temporary escape from the world that often wants you to ‘feel better’ and ‘move on’ from your grief. • No judgement surrounding your grief and no expectation placed upon you. • Assists the body to activate the ‘rest and restore’ responses in the body with slow flowing strokes, offering respite from a stressed state. • An offering of warmth, comfort and care during a time of high physical, mental and emotional strain. • Assists in reducing physical pain and increases range of movement. • Helps the body to rest and recover from emotional stress. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Manage your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment time either online or by contacting me on 0413 954 653. You are not asked to make a deposit or full payment upon making a booking at Mama & Bump - here it is important to offer you flexibility and understanding that sometimes things don’t go to plan and changes to bookings need to be made. Please understand that it is difficult to fill cancellations at the last minute and therefore please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of a reschedule or cancellation. Cancellations will not be taken via social media messaging platforms as they are not checked frequently. You will be invoiced 30% of your booked service in the following instances: +When less than 24 hours notice has been provided. You will be invoiced 100% of your booked service in the following instances: +When less than 4 hours notice has been provided. +Non-attendance at the booked appointment without making contact. Pregnant Clients There is no cancellation fee for early delivery/earlier than expected delivery of your baby Booking Policy Upon booking an appointment time online, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail should this email not be received in your inbox shortly after your booking is placed. If this email is not received, please send an email to info@mamaandbump.com.au to confirm that your booking has been received. You will receive a reminder text message before your upcoming appointment confirming your attendance.
